Hello, and thanks for surfing to our blog! We are certainly amateurs at this blogging, but believe it will be a great way for us to stay in contact with all our family & friends during the upcoming few months. As we continue through the adoption process, it will allow us to post news updates and report happenings to this one central site. Everyone who is as excited as we are is welcome to check in and be informed.
For the present time, as we wait at home, we remain filling out an occasional piece of paperwork, or updating a form to resubmit. Nothing too awful exciting. But when we get ready to travel overseas, and as we are overseas, I'm sure the excitement will ramp up!
This blog, like most others, is meant to be interactive from Barb & I to all of you. But at the same time, at the bottom of each of our posts you will find a icon to "Post a Comment", and directly below that- you'll see a big white box! That's where you come in. You are invited to type and submit your comments, questions, well wishes, and credit card numbers in that box. Okay... let's think twice before we start posting credit card numbers, BECAUSE, just like anything else you type in your comments- it will be seen by anyone else who logs in. This IS NOT a private communication. After Barb & I open and read your comments, they then become posted and available for anyone else to read as well.
